Releasing the Kingdom of God

Welcome to the Next JV blog! I pray that this blog is a blessing to all of you, as well as a resource for you. I plan on it being a place of encouragement and a place of expansion from our teachings each week.

This last Sunday, we took a large step of faith together. We asked God who he wanted us to minister to in our city, we listened, and responded in obedience. From the Target on Harmony, to the Old Town square, we invaded Fort Collins with the love of God and a demonstration of His character.

I am so proud of each of you, and the way that you so boldly stepped into a uncomfortable situation. You are all amazing. I loved hearing all of your stories about finding the people that God had you write down on your lists. Many of you received very specific images and words of knowledge, and I was so proud to see you take those things that God revealed to you from information into action.

As many of you saw, most of the time God does not speak to us in a booming voice. Many times it is pictures, impressions, thoughts, and a still small voice. (1 Kings 19:11-13)

The Lord is faithful, he is speaking all the time, we just need to tune our ears to hear his voice.

Be blessed this week! I love you all, and again, I am so proud of each of you.
