28 May Resource Page & Training Video
Vintage Prayer Leaders,
I was blown away by the awesome turnout we had for our opening night of prayer last Wednesday! So many people I spoke with mentioned that it was their first time ever attending a prayer gathering! That made me so happy to hear since our heart is that people of all levels of spiritual maturity would be able to come and engage in Vintage Prayer.
As I mentioned in my previous email, I wanted to provide you some further explanation and training before scheduling you as a Prayer Leader for Wednesday nights.
I thought this would be best do in a video to avoid the need for a separate meeting and then we have it for the future when we add more leaders to our team. In the video, Pastor Greg covers some basics about why we do what we do at Vintage Prayer along with some helpful advice to succeed in this new role. Of course, if you have further questions after watching the video, please let me know.

Wednesday, June 3rd
Our next Vintage Prayer gathering will be next week on Wednesday, June 3rd. I have scheduled Kristy Neeley to be our Prayer Leader that evening. I would love for the rest of our leaders to join us and support Kristy as she helps lead our church in prayer. I am so excited to see each and every one of your unique personalities and styles expressed in this new role.
Here is the passage we will be praying through on Wednesday:
17 Though the fig tree does not bud
and there are no grapes on the vines,
though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no food,
though there are no sheep in the pen
and no cattle in the stalls,
18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will be joyful in God my Savior.
19 The Sovereign Lord is my strength;
he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
he enables me to tread on the heights.
I love you all and pray for you often! Be blessed!
