06 Feb Schedules, Special Needs, East Wing & Feedback
Thank you for your diligence to keep up with so many changes during our busy season of preparation for transitioning into our new home.
We are moving into our new gathering space at Sharp Point Drive on Sunday, March 1st. On that Sunday, we will launch our new service times, 9am, 11am and our new Vintage Sunday Night Service for NEXT Youth & VCK Student Leaders at 5pm.
VCK Team Member Meeting & Tour
There is a lot of information that we need to discuss as a team prior to our move in. I have set a VCK Team Member Meeting and Tour for Thursday, February 26th at 6:30pm. We will provide finger food and beverages. Childcare will be available so you can be free of distraction for our meeting.
We will be covering the following items:
- New Arrival Times & Responsibilities
- New PCO Check In/Out Training
- Adjustments to Curriculum
- New Gathering Times & Schedules
- Open Discussion/Questions
- Tour of the New Space

Block Out Dates
Just a friendly reminder to please update your block out dates in Planning Center Online at least 6 weeks in advance. Thanks!
Kids with Special Needs
It is our desire that every child at Vintage City Kids would have the opportunity to learn the stories of the Bible and experience God in a fun and interactive environment while they identify with each other in community.
On our website, we have given parents the option to provide us with information regarding any special learning needs their child has. To help our team understand the needs of children in our ministry, I have created learning plans for each of the following children. If you are a team member in their classroom, please familiarize yourself with their needs. This will help you as the teacher to have success in the class and also help our kids to have a positive learning experience as well. There will also be hard copies provided for you in your classroom supplies. Vintage City Kid’s Learning Plans

East Wing For Remaining Time at Fossil
We have received notice from the school district that our adult gatherings will be held in the gymnasium during our remaining time at Fossil. The kids will remain in the Media Center, but enter & exit on the east side of the room. Like in the past, we will move all of our pre-k & nursery classes to the east wing too.
The Vintage Set Up Team will try to eliminate confusion for families by placing pipe and drape & directional signs in the appropriate places. Please be on the lookout for families that need help with directions and walk (don’t point) them to where they need to be.
Thank you for all you do! I wanted to share that one of our newest families has decided to call Vintage home after their little girl had “the most fun ever” at Vintage City Kids. You are impacting these kids lives in a huge way. How cool is it that these kids will grow up having such a positive experience at church? They are the life, the fun and the energy of Vintage. Keep up the good work!
